Refund & Cancellation Policy
OVERVIEW
All services provided by Designed at the Kore are customized and tailored to each individual space. Due to the nature of design work and project planning, all payments, timelines, and cancellations are handled according to the policy below.
DESIGN & SERVICE FEES
Design fees cover consultation, planning, sourcing, layout development, and installation coordination.
Once a project has been started, design fees are non-refundable. This includes time spent on research, planning, sourcing, and communication.
Consultation fees are also non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the selected service. Additional revisions beyond that scope may result in additional fees.
FURNITURE & DECOR
All furniture, decor, and materials are selected and sourced as part of an overall design plan developed specifically for your space.
Clients are agreeing to a cohesive design direction rather than individual item selections.
Following installation and reveal, clients are allowed one revision to request changes to select items within the space. Request must be submitted in writing on the day of design reveal.
Any approved revisions will be re-sourced and presented for client approval before new items are purchased.
Once items have been installed or approved during the revision process, they are considered final sale and are subject to the policies of the individual vendors.
Designed at the Kore is not responsible for returns, delays, or manufacturer issues once items have been ordered.
Additional revisions beyond the included revision period will require an additional fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Projects may be canceled prior to the start of design work.
Once design work has begun, the project cannot be canceled for a refund of design fees.
If a client chooses to pause or stop the project after work has started, payment will be required for all work completed up to that point.
REFUNDS
Due to the customized nature of all services, refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress design work.
Any approved exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and issued back to the original payment method.
RESCHEDULING & CHANGES
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Projects requiring major changes after approval may result in additional fees based on the scope of the revision.
